Upon entering Pelican 35 on the 2nd level of Building B, you’ll see the livingroom, diningroom & kitchen all in one large open space. This room is mirrored along one wall and has beautiful views of the ocean, beach & river. There’s a balcony the width of the living room just off the living room slider. Balcony has 8 acrylic chairs. Livingroom has fireplace, sofa, recliner chair, 2 swivel chairs & 2 rattan chairs.
Dining room table seats 6 with room to pull up extra chairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes and utensils for 8, microwave, oven & stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric fry pan, blender & mixer.
Bedroom #1
This bedroom is off the entry to P35 on the 2nd level. It has 2 twin beds, 3 drawer dresser, night stand , chair & 2 lamps. Also has a very long closet. One window shows beach & river view.
Bedroom #2
This bedroom is downstairs at the back of the unit. It has 1 queen & 2 twin beds. It has a 4 drawer dresser, night stand & chair. Has views of the beach & river. Also inside courtyard views.
Bedroom #3
This is the master bedroom downstairs, facing the ocean. It has a california king bed, double dresser & mirrors, walk-in closet with sink & mirror. Also has private bath with step-in shower, toilet & sink w/mirror. TV is mounted on the wall in the bedroom. The master bedroom also has beach access with just a few steps down to the sand.
