High Season runs from June 1st to the end of August.
Rental is by the week only and runs from Friday to Friday, checking in after 4pm on Friday and checking out by 11am the following Friday. Condo rates as follows except for Holidays.

Rules/Guidelines
- Dogs are not allowed except by owners. You will be fined if caught with a dog at the Dunes.
- All units/buildings are non-smoking. If caught smoking, even on the balcony, you will be fined. There are designated Benches in the parking lots for smoking.
- Pajaro Dunes Association requires a 10pm quiet time.
- Do not take blankets or bedspreads onto the beach.
- Our Guests are responsible for any damage to or missing items from our unit as housekeeping keeps track for us.
- Please use only DuraFlame logs in the fireplace and make sure the damper is open.
