Privacy Policy

Pajaro Dunes 35 ("we", "us") operates pajarodunes35.com. This policy explains what the site collects, why, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.
What we collect
What you send us. When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number and message. With each submission we also store your IP address, your browser's user agent and the country your request came from, to spot spam and abuse. We erase the IP address and user agent 90 days after the submission.
What the site sees as you browse. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information needed to deliver the site and keep it secure: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the pages you request and the country your request came from.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions until we delete them. There is no automatic deletion date, apart from the IP address and user agent, which we erase after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your submissions at any time: see "Your choices and rights" below.
Cookies and similar technologies
We group them into four categories:
- Essential: needed for the site to work and to resist abuse. Always on.
- Functional: remembers preferences.
- Analytics: helps us understand which pages are used.
- Marketing: measures advertising.
Until you choose, the optional categories are switched on.
A banner lets you switch each category on or off, and the Cookies button in the site's footer lets you change your choice at any time. Your choice is stored in a cookie named webm_consent for one year, so you aren't asked on every page.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as your choice to opt out of analytics and marketing, and we don't ask again.
Who processes it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, which process it on our behalf to run this site.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, delivers it and protects it, and stores form submissions in our database.
- Cloudflare Email Service: delivers the notification of your submission to us, and any automatic reply to you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: tells people from automated abuse on forms. It runs only on pages with a protected form, and is essential: without it a form can't resist automated submissions.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts page views and measures how quickly pages load. Cloudflare states that it does not track individual visitors across other websites.
- Google Tag Manager, with Google Consent Mode v2: Tag Manager loads on our pages and receives the address of the page you visit. The tags it runs, including Google Analytics, follow your cookie choice, and Consent Mode passes that choice, including a Global Privacy Control signal, to Google.
- WebMonterey LLC, which builds and manages this website for us, and its service providers, including AI tools, may process form submissions on our behalf, only to run and support the site.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it, and the cookie settings and a Global Privacy Control signal control sharing);
- not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, including asking us to delete every submission made with your email address, email deedomingo@aol.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
