Pelican 35 is in Building B at Pajaro Dunes, the gated community where the Pajaro River spills into Monterey Bay, halfway between Monterey/Carmel and Santa Cruz.
The condo faces the ocean, and the master bedroom has its own beach access: just a few steps down to the sand.

Upon entering Pelican 35 on the 2nd level of Building B, you'll see the living room, dining room and kitchen all in one large open space. The room is mirrored along one wall and has beautiful views of the ocean, beach and river.
A balcony the width of the living room opens off the living room slider, with 8 acrylic chairs. The living room has a fireplace, a sofa, a recliner, 2 swivel chairs and 2 rattan chairs. The dining table seats 6, with room to pull up extra chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and utensils for 8, a microwave, oven and stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric fry pan, blender and mixer.

Bedroom #1
This bedroom is off the entry on the 2nd level. It has 2 twin beds, a 3-drawer dresser, a night stand, a chair and 2 lamps, and a very long closet. One window shows the beach and river view.

This bedroom is downstairs at the back of the unit. It has 1 queen and 2 twin beds, a 4-drawer dresser, a night stand and a chair. It has views of the beach and river, and of the inside courtyard.

Bedroom #3
This is the master bedroom, downstairs and facing the ocean. It has a California king bed, a double dresser and mirrors, and a walk-in closet with a sink and mirror.
Its private bath has a step-in shower, a toilet and a sink with a mirror. The master bedroom also has beach access, with just a few steps down to the sand.
